how do i place an order?

You may walk in, call, refer to our  REQUEST A QUOTE page, or email us at info@creativemarx.com to submit an order. A 50% payment deposit is required in order to begin the production process of your items.


HOW DO I GET A QUOTE?

Quotes are given after reviewing of artwork and requested apparel. You may walk in or email to discuss these, however we do not give quotes over the phone.


WHAT IS THE TURN AROUND TIME FOR ORDERS?

Depending on the product ordered, your order can usually be completed within 10-12 business days after we finalize artwork, sizing, and any other product information. Any sooner will require a rush fee. 

We will notify you of a more specific turn around time when you place the order. 


WHAT TYPES OF PRODUCTS DO YOU OFFER? 

Customized apparel, promotional blankets, mugs, totes, you name it! Besides apparel, we are always trying to create newer customized products for our clients. E-mail us with an idea, and we'll be sure to help you out. 


Are you greek licensed? 

We are proudly Greek-licensed and have worked with many sororities and fraternities in California at schools such as CSULB, CSUF, UC Irvine, and more! 

 

 

QUANTITY

 

IS THERE A MINIMUM OF PIECES REQUIRED TO SET AN ORDER?

Our quantity minimum for orders is 60 pieces. If your order is below the minimum, for projects such as board apparel, please continue to contact us to see if we are able to make exceptions to your order.


CAN I BRING IN MY OWN APPAREL TO HAVE PRINTED ON?

Yes, you can! Upon the arrival of your apparel, a Customer Stock Waiver must be signed. The waiver expresses that, occasionally, during the printing and embroidery process, a garment may be damaged or misprinted. If Creative Marx were to supply that garment, we would replace the garment with no additional charge. However, customer stock cannot be replaced by Creative Marx.


 

PRICING & PAYMENT
 

HOW does pricing work?

A lot of factors make up pricing, such as quantity, the number of ink colors, and product style! However, the larger quantity you order, the more cost-efficient it will be.


How can i pay for my order?

We accept check, card (Master or Visa), and Venmo. For card payments, you may come in to swipe or pay through our online link upon receipt.


CAN I PAY MY 50% DEPOSIT THE SAME WAY?

Yes! Your 50% deposit can be collected through check, card, or Venmo as well. It will be recorded into your order. The rest of your payment can be paid upon the receiving of finished products.
